Edu X-perience is a six-month online mentoring program created for apprentices and emerging hairdressers who want to take their education further, build their confidence and shape their future in hairdressing.
Across 12 live sessions covering cutting, colour, styling, consultation, career development, and more, you’ll learn from your mentor, Tijana Ilic, gain practical knowledge and fresh inspiration, ask questions and connect with a community that’s behind you every step of the way.

Edu X-perience
for?
Edu X-perience is for apprentices and emerging hairdressers who want to build their skills, grow their confidence and take the next step in their career. It brings together practical education, mentoring and a supportive community of people who share your passion for hair.
Do I need a certain level of experience?
You do not need to be an advanced stylist. The programme is designed for apprentices and emerging hairdressers, with sessions that help you develop your understanding of cutting, colour, styling, consultation and career development. A basic familiarity with hairdressing will help you get the most from the experience.
Do I need to be employed in a salon to join?
No. You can join while studying, training or working independently; you do not have to be employed in a salon. What matters is your interest in hairdressing and your commitment to learning and developing your skills.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. An Edu X-perience certificate is included in the programme to recognise your participation in the six-month mentoring and education experience.

if I live outside Europe?
Yes. Edu X-perience takes place online, so you can join from outside Europe. Check the live session times against your local time zone. You will also have access to session recordings throughout the programme so you can revisit the material.
