Aili educates for GHD and professional brands in Estonia, Poland, Germany, Lithuania and Latvia. She has accompanied Sharon Blain on global tours as her main assistant.
Her recent achievements span seven national and international awards and fashion and art performances: Baltic Hairdresser of the Year winner; Wella Trend Vision silver medallist; Tallinn Fashion Week lead hair director; London Visionary Award world finalist; Global IBI Award winner; Live Fashion Hair Awards finalist in Spain; and One Shot Top 25 Braiding finalist.
