Join Tijana Ilic and internationally acclaimed educator Ben Brown for an intensive three-day masterclass at the Tijana Ilic Education Hub. Through live demonstrations and hands-on work, you will explore precision cutting, editorial styling and the creative process behind a signature look — from the first consultation to the final finish.
The group is limited to 24 participants, so every stylist gets personal attention, honest feedback and time to practise each technique.

Meet Ben Brown
International haircutting educator & cutting specialist. Ben is the founder of BB Education, a platform for online learning, hands-on workshops, masterclasses and tailored programmes for salons and academies.
He has trained thousands of hairdressers around the world, helping them build strong foundations and the confidence to make their own creative decisions.

Precision starts with observation
A strong haircut begins before the first section is cut. Ben’s teaching connects each technique to the reason it works: natural fall, density, growth pattern and the shape you want to create.
His approach is especially suited to hands-on education. Watch the decisions behind the demonstration, put the technique into practice and develop your understanding through direct feedback.
The aim is to leave with a method you can explain, adapt and use confidently in your own salon.
